Our Story
A love for slow bread and good neighbors.
Fern & Flour started in a home kitchen in 2018, when we got obsessed with long-ferment sourdough and couldn't stop giving loaves to our neighbors. By 2021 those neighbors had turned into a community, and we found our little corner on Willamette Street.
We believe good bread takes time — and that the best things in a town are the small ones. Everything we make is from scratch, sourced within 100 miles wherever possible, and made with the kind of care you can actually taste.
